How to Draw an Audi R8
The Audi R8 represents the performance peak of the brand. This car has really recognizable shapes and features, and we are sure you can convey it on the paper.
Since its debut in the 2000s, the R8 had many different upgrades and facelifts, but maintained the characteristic look.
In this part of our Audi drawing ideas, we focus on the coupe version, but the same principles apply if you want to illustrate the Spyder variant or earlier V8 models.

How to Draw an Audi A7
The Audi A7 represents a mix of sedan structure and coupe profile. The long roofline and low rear create smooth, flowing proportions.
Introduced in the early 2010s, the A7 quickly became a symbol of design within the luxury segment. Here we show how to sketch the characteristic look of the A7 Sportback, but you can use the guide for illustrating an A5.

How to Draw an Audi A4
The Audi A4 is one of the brand’s most popular models, and you could see it very often. Its design has evolved steadily since the mid-1990s, and a have very recognizable look.
Each generation refined these elements but stayed true to the simple, geometric character typical of the A-series. This makes the A4 ideal for studying the fundamentals of sedan drawing.
Here we show a modern version, yet the same approach applies if you want to depict earlier B-series models.

How to Draw an Audi RS6
The Audi RS6 defines the idea of a supercar-level wagon. Its wide track and extended body make it a good example for learning to depict large yet aerodynamic forms.
From early generations to the current model, the RS6 kept its recognizable proportions, so this Audi drawing idea is a great way to practice such cars.
In this tutorial, we work with the modern Avant version, but it can be used for sketching more old versions.

Since its first release in the mid-2000s, the Q7 has evolved toward sharper lines and a more pronounced front section.
In this drawing guide, we use one of the latest versions and show how to keep correct perspective and proportion when sketching larger vehicles like SUVs.

Audi Design Basics
Audi design is centered on very strong design decisions. Most models feature a wide Singleframe grille and sharply defined headlight clusters.
These elements are symmetrical and often integrated with minimal surface transitions. In Audi drawing tutorials, it’s important to convey these features as authentic as possible.
Side profiles of many Audi models are typically marked by a flat roofline, high shoulder, and defined wheel arches. The body surfaces are taut, with restrained curvature and clean panel divisions.
Audi sedans, such as the A4 and A6, are defined by a long wheelbase, a fairly flat roofline, and short front and rear overhangs.
The shoulder line is straight and uninterrupted, running from the headlights to the taillights. When sketching these models, try to sketch the details, making them look strong but not too bulky.
Audi’s sportback models introduce a fast-sloping rear roofline while retaining overall design clarity. The side silhouette forms a smooth arc from the A-pillar to the rear bumper, reducing visual weight at the back.
Coupes like the Audi R8 and A5 also follow this arc-based profile but with reduced height and shorter proportions.
SUVs like the Q-series follow similar design language but with increased ride height, thicker pillars, and more substantial proportions.
